Definition of the partner relationship
a partner of AT becomes an entity that accepts the cooperation terms backed by a mutual agreement, the “Partnership Agreement”
- an entity can become a partner only after prior verification by AT management
- a partner can apply through the web form on the partnership program page
- the registered partner will then be internally identified, for example as a “referral”

Partner cooperation terms:
- the entity accepts the cooperation terms with all rights and obligations defined in the Partnership Agreement
- the cooperation is concluded for one year with automatic renewal
- the agreement may be terminated in writing and under the stated conditions
- the entity is not obliged to meet any sales volumes or deadlines
- the entity undertakes to respect and represent AT’s marketing and sales policy
- the partner receives a reward for each successful client referral
- AT reserves the right, under certain circumstances, to refuse to close a deal with a prospective client (for example if the client refuses AT’s technical terms or has solvency issues)
How the cooperation works
How the cooperation works:
- after signing the partnership agreement, the entity will be introduced to the AT application environment
- after being introduced to the AT application environment, the entity receives access to selected entities in crm.apertia.cz, where it registers prospective clients and the time of the first online meeting
- inside AT, someone from sales or project leadership takes over the lead and joins the first online meeting with the partner
- the outcome of the first meeting should be the materials needed for a price quote. The quote is prepared by an AT team member
- after the first meeting, AT may, but does not have to, fully take over further negotiations with the prospective client
Reward for a successful client referral
Reward for a successful client referral:
- the partner receives a reward of 15% from the system/product portion of the total deal value
- the partner is not entitled to a reward for man-days delivered by the AT team, especially not for the entire onboarding process, i.e. process analysis, custom system setup, and user training
- payment of the reward is conditional on the client paying the whole or partial total deal amount
- the partner will always be paid 15% of the paid amount within 30 days of the payment being credited to AT’s account
- the partner is entitled to a reward for every upsell or cross-sell of AT application modules, excluding the associated onboarding process
- the partner is not entitled to a reward for subsequent client care, especially system updates, periodic user training, and similar activities
